Maintenance Director

Responsibilities:
To oversee the operations of the physical facilities in the Franklin office.
General maintenance including assembling durable medical equipment, work on plumbing, changing out lighting, and fix and maintain facility components.
Summary of Duties:
Assemble durable medical supplies, (scooter, lift, walker, shower bench, etc.
) Updating smoke detectors Light repairs (desks, lights, etc.
) Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
Clean rooms, bathrooms, and hall areas Deliver to clients, supply equipment when needed.
Assess stored files and supplies to make sure they are up-to-date and secure.
Clean trash receptacles and their outside area Check in all supply orders.
Set up rooms for meetings when needed.
Pick up mail from the post office.
Keep refrigerator and dishwasher cleaned out.
Stock fax machines with paper Assist with event set up and take down.
Maintain company vehicle.
Prepare items for shipping.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year experience Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
Other Requirements:
Pre-employment drug screen; criminal background check; proof of a valid driver's license; conformity to Three Rivers Regional Commission standards of conduct for employees; professional business appearance and demeanor; appropriate language skills to communicate with a variety of business organizations and people, good work history.
Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings if necessary.
